𝔼𝕩𝕡𝕝𝕠𝕣𝕚𝕟𝕘 𝔻𝕦̈𝕤𝕤𝕖𝕝𝕕𝕠𝕣𝕗'𝕤 𝕃𝕚𝕢𝕦𝕚𝕕 𝕎𝕠𝕣𝕝𝕕

After my first few weeks in Düsseldorf, I have already explored some liquid treasures. For example @spiritbomb.de I had a nice sip of @tinkerbellcocktailpanther new creation, the Honey Batcher.
It is a rum from Ghana that rested in a bourbon barrel for 2 years and 2 months and is bottled with an alcohol content of 67 %, neither sugared nor coloured. Made from sugar cane juice and distilled on a pot still. Powerful and delicious and a must-try.

Another rum from Ghana: Cudjoe @dirk007007 made from fresh sugar cane juice too, 1 year tropical aging in a bourbon cask, followed by an 8 months Jamaica HD Cask finish, strictly limited to 342 bottles. #Cheers to my new home

I was happy with my Corney Club made by @kaikaikaikaikaikaikaikaikaii It is a combination of @sigloceropox ,Gonzales Byass Sherry, Verjus, Salty Caramel and Champagne.

For your thirst for knowledge:
Pox, is a traditional Mexican spirit and is distilled from a mix of corn, wheat, and/or sugar cane, and was originally produced by Chiapas’ indigenous Tzotzil Mayans, who would traditionally drink it during religious ceremonies, a practice that continues into the current times. Pox, pronounced like posh, means medicine or healing. Today, the spirit is starting to be seen at some of the world’s best bars and also at Goldfisch Bar. For the taste think of a mix of Grappa and Rhum agricole.

And not as fruity and innocent as it sounds. 50 % is clarified Strawberry, the rest of the drink is going into the direction of a funky gimlet. For the interior, imagine something elegant, intimate, mysterious in black, red and blue. The room concept is well thought out and can be variably adapted to the guests’ wishes. A quick conversion creates more privacy for certain occasions. Artwork, hand-painted wallpaper and even a dance floor give the different rooms their own personality, inviting guests to stay and come back. Very tasteful and stylish.
