Werk 8 Basel – Craft cocktails in an industrial setting

It’s a bit embarrassing that I’d actually never been to Werk 8 before and on this trip I absolutely would not leave Basel without a visit!

WERK 8, a multi-award-winning bar and trendy restaurant, is located in the former Sulzer-Burckhardt machine factory in the Gundeli district. It has around 200 seats, including a terrace and a high-class bar.

Just as soon as I entered the venue my eyes were enthralled by the large bar. This industrial setting serves fine and creative drinks. The bar team is cordial and takes you on a journey through the menu. There are many details to discover and since my friend “Attadrink” has already lovingly reported on this bar, I would like to share her report.
